TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

All purchases made from our site, as all purchases by mail are protected by Decree n. 185 of 22 May 1999, which provides the opportunity for the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal.

For online purchases there is a right of withdrawal for consumers (Articles 64 et seq), who shall exercise this right without any penalty and without specifying the reason, but to the conditions set out below:

An acknowledgment of receipt is not, however, essential to prove the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
